Hostage Film

Our idea is to make a film about a kidnapper demanding ransom for the return of his hostage. The idea is to have one actor walk into a room with a computer still logged in to someone else's account with a strange looking video loaded on screen. The actor will then go to the computer, sit down and play the video, unaware of what to expect.

The video will be of a kidnapper demanding money in return for the hostage. There will be numerous times in the video where the hostage will scream and the camera will cut back to the first actor (The one watching the video) looking shocked and afraid.

Once the video finishes the first actor will gather together all the money and head to the meeting spot assigned by the kidnapper. There will be scenes of the first actor rushing to the meeting spot to create a sense of urgency, panic and drama. Once the first actor arrives at the meeting spot, he will hand over the money to the kidnapper (whom has arrived at the meeting spot before the first actor). The kidnapper will then hand over the hostage but as soon as he has done so, he pulls out a gun and shoots the hostage dead. The first actor looks down at the now deceased hostage and quickly looks back at where the kidnapper was. but the kidnapper has vanished. The screen will then fade to black.
